We process and ship orders FAST! Orders received before noon on any given business day are most likely to be shipping that same day, otherwise next business day.
Transit time depends on your shipping location. We ship all Orders from our main warehouse located at 785 E HARRISON ST, CORONA CA 92879. You can check the exact transit time by entering your city and zip code into the ship to fields on UPS Transit Time website and enter our city: CORONA & Zip code: 92879.
If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you have 7 days from the date it is marked delivered to file a lost/stolen package claim. Please be sure to check with neighbors, household members, or anyone else who may have been present.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? We offer free returns to the lower 48 states within 60 Days from when it was received. As an option for AK and HI, we can assist with providing a return shipping label at a discounted rate.
The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment. For more information, please contact our customer service team below for further assistance.
Warranty
Discover a defect? A 90-Day Warranty is included with your product from the date of purchase. If you discover your Soft Linens product to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials within the first 90 days, we will either replace or repair the product. Please email our customer service at cs@SoftLinens.com with your Order ID and include pictures of the defect to speed up the process. Items unused or unwashed may be eligible for a refund.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use. This warranty shall not apply if Soft Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Soft Linens product, and the warranty term of the replaced Soft Linens product begins from the date of purchase of the original Soft Linens product. Soft Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.
